I had a wonderful one-week stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Samsun. The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout my visit. I want to give special thanks to Fatma, the room maid, who was always cheerful and made sure my room was spotless every day, her attention to detail really made a difference. I also really appreciated the valet service: the staff was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their professionalism made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the excellent service.

Everything was amazing! I love the hotel’s style as it still feels avant-garde. Our room was excellent, and we really enjoyed our diner (pastas) at the hotel restaurant. It’s clear that there’s a professional chef eager to showcase their skills. The staff were very friendly and responded with understanding when we had multiple questions and special requests.

Personal very friendly, at arrival at reception, the cook making me scrambled eggs with onions, Yeliz who cleaned my room and made it tidy-thank you all, the bed is huge with four pillows, breakfast has fantastic choices, hotel is just 20 minutes away from airport with the bus, around the corner is the bus for the beach, and on the other direction in 10 minutes you reach the shops, room is big with full size windows

Convenient location (15 minutes by foot from the city center), taxi park in front of the hotel, tasty buffet breakfast, sauna and fitness center, beautiful view, and great facilities. I also appreciated the option to request food to the room from the restaurant and found the staff to be friendly. Overall, I felt that Ramada lived up to its high standards, especially for the high-cost rooms.
